Advance Payment: All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

Cancellation by Guest:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund of the advance payment, minus any bank/transaction charges.

• Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund of the advance payment.

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or in case of no-show: No refund.

Cancellation by The Lords Kotgarh:

• In rare cases of unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, emergencies, or government restrictions), The Lords Kotgarh may cancel the booking and will provide a full refund of the advance payment.

Refund Process:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the same payment method used for booking.

Modifications:

• Any changes to booking dates or room types are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
